From big-budget installs, down to seasonal annual bed refresh, we follow the same process each and every time. By keeping a uniform way of operating, we ensure that our clients don’t encounter an surprises and are informed every step along the way.
We’ll meet with you face-to-face (or other the phone if you prefer) and review your ideas and inspirations. If you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for that’s ok too. We’ll take down your needs and craft a plan that fits your exact specifications.
Once a general overview of the project is defined we’ll get to work on scoping out the budget. We pride ourselves on finding solutions that fit budget of all sizes. But sometimes big ideas come with a big price tag. During the budgeting phase can also identify if a project needs to be broken out into phases to accomodate an incremental budget plan. Once complete, you’ll receive an itemized estimate with projected costs for your project.
Perhaps the most critical stage, the design phase is where we map out all the little specifics of the project. This includes plant placement, mapping our sod lines or finalizing hardscaping patterns.
In this phase vision becomes reality. We’ll contact you to finalize the construction start date and review any final details. Typically deposits must be paid prior to construction. When our crew arrives on-site they will get to work executing the pre-determined design. Before closing out this phase, the property owner must sign-off on all work performed. We never close out landscape construction until the client is completely satisfied with the work.
Once construction is complete you will receive your final invoice. We will follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with the project and wrap up any loose ends, if needed.
